"Woke" vs. What Bible Says

What is "Woke?" Boardwalk Response: "I'm a Good Person" vs. the Gospel

During my time on the boardwalk, people told me they were going to heaven because they are good people.  However, the Bible says differently. Creation and Sin Moses writes in Genesis, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1).  God created human beings in His image and likeness.  Moses writes, “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them” (Genesis 1:27).    The first two human beings, Adam and Eve, went against what God wanted and ate the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil because of being tempted by Satan.  It says in Genesis, “‘You will not certainly die,’ the serpent said to the woman. ‘For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.’  When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it.
