What kind of future do I have? Ask God to help you figure out your future and let Him guide you. He has given you interests, skills, and abilities that will allow you to have a future that will accomplish what He wants you to do. The prophet Jeremiah says, "F or I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord , plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope" (Jeremiah 29:11). According to the apostle Paul, we are all part of the body of Christ, and each of us should contribute with our talents and abilities. In Ephesians, Paul says, " And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ" (Ephesians 4:11-13).
